|
|
Am in the process of trying to get all the instruments right - what do i need to do to the 924S rev counter to convert it so it reads right for a V8? I see there are four wires on the back of the counter, an earth, a live (ignition) and two others. Does anyone know where these should be connected? I am assuming i can increase the resistance in the reading side of the rev counter to suit the V8 ignition pulses as it is simply twice as many as the original.... |

you may be able to open up the tach, and change a resitance value in there to make it work with a V8. what I did was build a simple frequency divider, using a single j/k flip flop, works great... |
