Hi: Recently acquired a 1980 931 originally purchased in Germany. The speedo & odo are in kilometers. Does this make it a 170HP euro-spec version?? Also, just bought, (sight unseen), a 1982 931 with 110K on the clock, not running for $500.00, 170 miles from me here in Florida. Auto-check shows the car passing Florida emmissions in 1997 with 110K miles, so the car has been sitting for about 6 1/2 years. The one picture I got made the car look pretty good. If this turns out to be a dud, I can use the parts for other projects. Will trailer the car here to Jax, FL Sunday & have pictures soon after. Dick Price.

Well, I feel a little better. We pay more but we get more horsepower! And our cars look better. What was the output for a U.S. 931?

somewhere around 152 iirc. This can be up graded by simply adding a boost controller however.
