Fitting a 944 Turbo Engine in my 924?

Hi Guys,
I have been looking around this site alot nd its been a GR8 help!
I have come across a 944 Turbo 250 engine with 23K miles
and a 944 S2 Gearbox with LSD

Is it possible to fit these in my 77' 924?

Also has anyone ever done this before?

Would be interesting to know, have been thinking about the same engine for my 924 -78.
