i find out my engine is seized up , bottom end does not turn at all, and the head , only turns once , half of a turn, ? anywyas do i a , put another used 2.0l in it , b, engine swap, or c rebuils ,well i m not too much of a mechanic so i will be realing on friends , internet and cheap parts , but i am wondering what engines will fit with not much modifying , ie vw or audi??

Rebuild your motor
Install a used 924 motor

i m really thinking about a 5 cyl audi turbo motor , any links or advice on this swap?
