Well it's good to know that 924s can be driven. I almost have mine running I need to replace a few more coolant hoses and get the broken bolt removed from the thermasat housing. _________________ 80 924

Yea its fun or cool whatever you want to call it...
Im on the freeway by 5:40 am It takes me about an hour to get there a little less I-5 is pretty rutted in some parts though and fridays ritual
I-5 traffic jams are legendary it took me 2 hours to make the same drive home this last friday. This car is so fun though. Im haven a blast the semi- trucks are cool and the the other working dudes in there trucks well
I just grin and let it go the 5 spd has proven itself time and time again.
cause like when everyone thinks thats all Ive got its 5 gear to the rescue
its a great passen gear. This job should keep me busy through october
im doin some commercial metal stud framen .. interior exterior stuff on a 6 story condo project. Heres a project link.. http://1620broadway.com/ Its a blast with weekly pay that sort of thing. _________________ 1979 porsche 924 Na

I was looking at this post ..cant believe its still up
must say this was a fun project. Iframed extior walls by
myself making the box beams box beams, shooting track
along one whole side including corners on the third floor.
then I hadto make all the window openings on the fifth floor
thenI built quite a bit of the inside exterior walls forming the
huge atrium in the center of the building. Then
I was just a non-union drywaller / framer
The future only gets better.
http://www.carpenters.org/home/welcome.html
Ive worked 7 union jobs this year ... work, work, work.
Well 3 of those jobs only lasted for a week.
Hey I cant stop winken Am I still
working in Nov... yes .. I drive pretty damn near out of state.
The shitty weather is closen in.. my town / area is known for
some pretty heavy freezing rain _________________ 1979 porsche 924 Na

I thought for a moment there, Joe, that you were talking about modifications to your 924! _________________ 1985 Porsche 924 'Lux', Kalahari Beige (my ex)

So, did you get this engine bored over or was it a ring job type of thing? Still trying to figure out the shaved door handles. _________________ 1977.5 924 "Martini" head / New Old Stock rebuild

Odd, I could not find your 924 in any of those pictures. I guess you painted the car with camo paint.
Just kidding, Joe. Looks like a fun job. _________________ "Never let them see you sweat"
