I am going to go and look at it sometime this week probably wednesday or thursday... it says the motor is ceased (I can only assume he meant seized can you guys give me a few things to look for... then I'll report back and hopefully it will be worth rebuilding the engine, and I'll buy the car... I talked to the guy and he said he found a good 931 engine for $450, I probably wont get that because I cant afford the car and the engine... so if anyone interested let me know.. thanks

Attention

the starter motor will sometimes seize on these cars The solenoid will pop but the starter is rusted tight. I've seen a siezed motor diagnosed from a reputable shop and it turned out to have a frozen starter.

put the car in first or second and try to roll it, or take a breaker bar and correct socket to turn the engine by hand.
