Yes the car is beautiful. But the price is insane. A dealer should be asking @ $6500 US dollars for that car. Im not sure about the current exchange rate but if it equals $14000 CDN I know where I'm vacationing this year. Drinks are on me fellas. A good steak would cost me around 5 bucks.
Don't do anything hasty Neil. Research prices, reliability and average repair cost. Time is your friend when car dealers are involved. Check out some Alfa forums and ask those folks.
I still would rather have a 73 GTV 2000. |

14 cdn is about 10,350 US.
As for the 73 GTV 2000, is it a personal liking of the style or the cars reliablity or preformance? It's a 4 door right? |

| I will give up on these two cars until his price drops, a lot. I don't want to overpay for another car. It doesn't seem likley that I will find a good deal in N.S.. They are just too rare here I guess. |

I like those cars, how much for a "mint" car? I just love the Spiders looks. I don't mind driving "quirky" cars, as long as they run. As for body sag etc.... I have all of the cars I buy checked out and I buy the best one available.
Perhaps I should get this interested about my 924 again? |

I don't know about Alfa's, but remember, Fiat stands for:
Fix
It
Again

Creeeeeeeeeek
Creeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek
Hear that sound?
It's the sound
of...
me trying to open your mind.
Some Alfa's and Fiat's walked down the same assembly line as Ferraris.
People also think our cars are VW beetles.
Yes, the Spiders I was looking at may not be as reliable as the 924's but it doesn't make them crap either.
Porsches aren't the most reliable cars on the planet either.
Although the new Enzo's look very nice, you haven't lost me yet! {Not that I contribute to the board much. } |
