still can't help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs. |

Use pearl to paint the flames on. You only see em if you look just right and the light is right. Guy at work has a 56 Chev in dark blue with pearlized flames. Really makes ya look twice cause they seem to dance as the light changes when he drives by. Then ya walk over and look at it and ya can't see em. _________________ Glenn Neff

Black with red and yellow GT racing stripes! Or even flamed red and yellow GT stripes! With bright chrome cookie-cutters and bright chromed trim pieces... Sweet. _________________ '80 924 Turbo |

A cookie-cutter is a type of wheel (I have them on mine). IMHO they're a little more stylish than the classic Fuchs - no offence Joe I think they were made for the 944 Turbo. They're five-spoke wheels. They usually have a chrome rim with a colour-coded centre (like mine) but I reckon full chrome would look awesome! I just happen to think they really suit the car but, of course, everyone's got their own tastes... Check this link;

Y'know the GT stripes that the Shelby Mustangs have? Like "Elanor" in Gone In 60 Seconds? Those, but instead of straight stripes, you could give the stripes a flame pattern on the edges - like flames trailing back over the car... I reckon gloss-black with red and yellow stripes would look trick (Black, red and yellow bars are the colours on the German flag. Perhaps too unpatriotic for U.S. tastes but I still reckon it'd look really good!) _________________ '80 924 Turbo |
