some helpful info to do a complete restoration . dont miss the drop down window for the rest of the pages . looks like thats not working , I'll see if I can find the rest of the pages OK here they are . some of these links start on page 2 of each section so dont forget to click on 1 ( it was easier to write this than do it right )
