Hey, just some info for you folks. Most of you probably now the 924 2L was a van engine, but, did you know it was used in carbureted form in the AMC Pacer? This is according to my new Porsche Buyers Guide book. Pretty crazy!

Yeah, we had a year long discussion on this back when Larso used to post here. He was very pissed that his Porsche shared an engine with a Pacer. This engine was also used in a farm tractor. Before any of you panic, think how many different applications the Chevy 350 was used in. The fact that a lot of different people have bought the rights to use this engine in a lot of different applications is just a testament to how well built and versatile these engines are.
