Unfortunately, as I was trying to save my oxidized paint, I sanded through the paint to the primer. Now that I'm resolved to repaint the car, I'm considering options as far as color schemes. I love the original 2-tone 931's. My question is: where and how did the factory separate the colors in areas such as door jambs, engine compartment, etc.?

My original two tone grey/silver had silver door jambs and a silver engine compartment.

Inside the steering wheel in the center of the nut holding the wheel is red??? Strange.
Must be a Gremlin part.
