I'm a newbie and I'm going to get a 931 (yeah! ). I have a few questions:

(1) If I have to rebuild the engine, how much (on average) would it cost for the parts alone? (let say a rod bearing is gone). Usually how long would a rebuilt engine last under normal street use w/ no over-boosting?

(2) And, if I have to do it, what other things I should do when the engine is out?

(3) Anyone has a detail instruction on the intercooler installation? I have read the one on 924.org but would like to learn more on the top mount installation. BTW, is there anyone who sell intercooler installation kit?
