My power steering is squealing like a stuck pig but is full of fluid and not leaking, any ideas? My wife had the oil changed last week and I'm wondering if one of the pump lines was removed/replaced causing air to get in the lines. Or is the pump fracked and, if so, can the car be driven without power steering like regular 924's or are the ratio's different and thus too heavy/stiff?

Yes, you may be right. It's strange that it has suddenly started doing this, and with no obvious leaks. I suggest getting it checked out ASAP, because a mechanic friend of mine said that driving this way (with a loud PS) can put a lot of strain on parts of the steering rack, and then you are looking at bigger $$$.
