I've upgraded the board software to the latest version.
This should hopefully fix the search function which never really worked as expected.
If anyone notices anything that's not working properly send me a message or an email.

Damn! The bloody search still isn't working right.
If I do a search for "valve guide" with the "search for any" option I get 105 hits.
If I do a search for "valve guide" with the "search for all" option I get zero.
If I do a search for "valve AND guide" with the "search for any" option I get zero.
If I do a search for "valve* AND guide" with the "search for any" option I get 8 matches.
If I do a search for "valve AND guide*" with the "search for any" option I get zero.
If I do a search for "valve* AND guide*" with the "search for any" option I get 44 matches.
Moral of the story; if at first you don't succeed, chuck in a couple of asterisks.
I might try rebuilding the search indexes and see if that helps.

OK, after taking the board off the air for most of the afternoon to rebuild the search index the search seems to be finally working how I expect it to.
