I can't tell but is that a channel on the flat part to relieve the oil pressure to its drain or no? When I did my EFI conversion I just plugged my distributor housing, but also plugged the drain, not knowing it was a drain. Basically kept getting leaks constantly until I unplugged the drain hole. Wondering if you have provisions for that drain, and if not, if you have oil leaking issues.

Also, what you might charge to make one if you were feeling generous
