Wanting to find the speedo counter that sits on the driver side inner fender between the two speedo cables.

It's part # 477 957 901 C.

Please let me know if you have one for sale.

Sean

I actually need one too so him first and then one for me please

Broke it tightening the cables to it too much last time I had the gauges out, but kinda zip-tied it together and it has been working so I have kinda forgotten about it until seeing this just now..

$25 over at The Samba.com

You'll likely find these closer to home at a car crusher/graveyard on old VAG stuff from the 80ies.

HTH
Kind regards,
Harm.

Edit PS. …Should point out I’m guessing you want it to connect and read the Miles you’re making, not actually hooking up the electrics to tell you you need to service the car ASAP etc.

I think I have one but will have to check.

Like Harm said, you just need it to make the speedo work? If so, you can buy speedo cables for earlier models that will reach from the wheel to the dash all in one piece. Had one in my '80.

I have one from an '81 924 Turbo I can pull off and take a look at.
Send me a PM with your email address and I can send you a photo or two if you're interested.
Or...email me direct at ttrs1@citlink.com as I usually only check this board once a day!!! Would be faster.
