|
|
In a typical gauge set there are Blue and Red couplers that go to the lines and there are hoses that go from the couplers to the guage manifold. I know the difference between Red and Blue systems and they are different coupler sizes so you cannot mix up. However my question is the hoses them selves. If you look at one end of the hose it is just a threaded coupler. The other end seems to have a bent tube that goes to the threaded nut. If you look at one end of the hose (ie-with the bent tubing) there appears to be a valve similar to a schrader tire valve. My question is this: Which end of the hose (schrader valve or open hose end) goes to the coupler and which end goes to the manifold. The set literature does not say. Thanks |
