This is a pulley with a trigger wheel mod and two v-belts (one for A/C?).

This seems to be another, simpler type of pulley with one v-belt.

It seems to me that these pulleys would not have the same alignment on the first V-belt.

Ignoring RHD cars, which of these is the normal pulley?

Regular one is with one v-belt pulley.

First photo you posted is for 931, allows the alternator to be fitted on the left side of the engine and then belt would be more outside requiring flipping water pump pulley too.
Same pulley is used with 931's that have A/C.

AC equipped n/a ones have pulley with two v-belt pulleys, one for alternator and one for A/C compressor.
