I'm restoring a 931, and a couple of the interior trim pieces are missing. I can't seem to easily determine 1) what they're called and 2) which cars they are on specifically.
I think I've narrowed it down to 924's and maybe early 944's with sunroofs.
https://imgur.com/a/KOOgydS I took some photos of a friends car for reference, check those out.
the rear roof panel that goes behind the sunroof (between the sunroof and the trunk lid
both sides above the doors
Does anyone have these parts that they're willing to sell to me? Or would you know where I might be able to find them?
I was told to check the 924/944 facebook groups, but I don't have a FB account and I don't want to join just for that.
Thank you for your help!
In addition, I'm not going to try to use this headliner kit I got from classic 9

it's brown. If anyone wants it, either message me here or email (mattaebersold@gmail.com) I'm in WA state _________________ PARTSTASH: www.partstash.com

I think your car leaks bro..
Might want to stop that first..
They don't really look all that bad from the pics.. Maybe dry the car out and see what you have from there?
I think a lot of these panels are ruined by cars getting wet so they are a bit hard to find in great condition for a decent price..
My C-pillar panels, or rear speaker panels, are damaged similar to yours, and I have had an eye out for a good deal on some for a long time, and haven't really came across anything.. _________________ 80 Turbo - Slightly Modified |

I have the back trim in black if you want
the leather needs to be re glued on it a bit if I remember well.
I intended to put it in my car but doesn't fit with my 1979 moonroof clamps.
by the way for the headliner I did it with a 10$ piece of vinyl I got from my local upholstery shop. Was a pain but looks way better than the original dried out piece I had. _________________ 1979 924 NA |
