I've been wanting to do fender flares on my 924 or some kind of wider body ever since i got the car and now i want to do it even more because i got some painting tools. My problem with fender flares like d prod cars is that the flares are too low compared to the body line where as cgt fenders match them way better

This is what i mean

Doing the fenders like i photoshopped it would be huge wheels and low car.

Theres also some flares that like @porscheneunvierundzwanzig on instagram

Problem with going cgt fenders for me is i need to get some cgt performance before i do them hehe. And im not a HUGE fan of 944 front fenders because they are kind of bulky

Also i think something like this would maybe look cool on 924

Just my thoughts

Not all rally flares are the same. These are the original and the best imho

I think those might work pretty good even in a street build, if the was lowered and the wheels were out more

Have to agree Carrera, that original 924T factory look is the duck's nuts!

Does anybody in Europe or elsewhere make repros of these?

I must agree also that the factory rally flares look the best if you're not going to go all out CGT or GTS style. I suppose it also depends on how much tire you're going to need for how "powerful" you build the car or if you're just going for the visual effect. Or, if you are going to rally of course.

The yellow car if I am not mistaken is an AUS car? With some Commodore or something flares grafted on? Looks like something from Mad Max if it were matt black

The race car has flares from Mittelmotor and other .de vendors. Slightly narrower than the Monte arches

The Datsun has god awful flares on. Owner should have the car confiscated for crimes towards innocent 240/260Z

I like the styling of those. Otherwise I'm a fan of the original Prod D flares.
But you can fit 10" rims on the rear in the stock fenders.

The trick would be to make the car look a little more beefy while still sleek (not like the 944)....
