I almost took this head to be scrapped tonight, but I figured that somebody could use it. Need repair on 1 cylinder where it got hot. Anyone need a project?

Core Head (needs repair on one cylinder): $75 plus shipping

What type of repair, is it cracked? Do you have the rest of the components or just the head and one valve?

It has some material that got soft on the top of the left most cylinder in the picture...right between the combustion chamber and the water passage hole.

I may have a set of valves...I will check this evening.

Here are some better pictures of the area that needs repair.

I forgot to check to see if I had valves, I will have to do that tomorrow.

Whoa, that's a delicate area.
Perhaps if I were closer I'd take a look at it to perhaps do some experimenting with the ports and combustion chambers and "hope" that it was salvageable but with shipping what it is these days I'll have to pass...thanks.

I can probably ship it for about $15...anything more than that I will cover.
