I love the look of these on the 924 in the photoshop mock up I did. Anybody else have any thoughts on them? In my opinion they look great, and the black variation looks an awful lot like fuchs. $120 a rim and they are called American Racing Torq Thrust Ds. Here is the photo.

I think they look great and fits the style of the 924. I agree, i think many wheels look to modern on our cars. But how will you fit them?

I think those wheels makes a promise of perfomance a 924 can't deliver on. I also don't think the US styling cues of the wheels mix well with the Euro styling of the car.

You can get cookie cutter that look like fuchs, are Porsche wheels and can be easily found for cheaper.

I have never bought aftermarket wheels for a car. All I know is that they have the same lug pattern and they sell them in the size I would like (15x6). By fitment do you mean how far they will stick out? They are at nearly 0 offset.

I have a few performace modifications that I have done to my 924 that make it relatively quick, but that wasnt the point behind why I chose the wheels. I personally think 5 spoke torque thrust wheels like these look great on front engined german and japanese sports cars from this time but I can see why you would think the styles clash.

0 offset will be a problem -- I think all the Porsche wheels are ET50 or thereabouts..
