The block I'm using in my track car is from a 931. It has a oil dipstick tube and much longer dipstick than at least the early NA blocks. I'm using 45mm Webers and the air horn for the #3 cylinder cannot be put on with the dipstick tube in place. Just another of those interesting little problems. These little issues are are why building this thing takes forever. I probably have 15 hours in how to cover the passenger side headlight hole as I need some access as some of the oil cooler and bypass plumbing is in that space.
