Hey crew. Been a while.

Work towards your dreams. Work hard. When things aren't going your way, work harder. Success isn't easy. I'm finally back working on my Urban rally car "Rough Life Wilson".

The top photo is Wilson's interior almost fully put back together. The second photo is the accessory gauge that tells me A LOT (once sensors are installed. You can research more here if you like. They are designed for motorcycles but uses a 12 v source)
https://kosonorthamerica.com/tag/meters-gear-indicators/ .

I decided to mount it centrally so that my co-driver can operate the lap timers and monitor angle of body roll, etc.

The last photo is an example of internet inspiration that keeps me going when I feel deflated. Once Wilson is up and running, I will be running with the big dogs! Well... okay... BEHIND the big dogs!

Had to fill the sunroof air inlet for gravel roads, and engine conversion hasn't been completed.

Can anyone guess what I'm trying to achieve with the booster cables?

Ummm.... okay, here is the answer to my question. The booster cables & steel tubes are to ground the car because when bainting in the garage I noticed the car was statically drawing dust particles to it (like static cling).

Boy, you guys are plenty lively on this forum!

Here's my buddy's car after a fresh wrap. Got me seriously considering wrap vs painting again!

This forum has a different feel some of the forums I've been on. It seems like there are a lot of people that come and go but only a few familiar faces. Most of the regulars only post once every few days it seems.

Anyway, I'd like to see how your wrap goes. I was thinking about wrapping my 924S eventually. I always wanted a green 924 but I don't really want to repaint the entire thing.

Yeah! Wrapping or painting is a lot of work, especially if you have body damage to deal with.

Done. Not 100% perfect, but I'm pleased.

what color will you go with?
Since this was my first body prep for painting I went white to hide all mistakes I assumed I made...and man did I do a few!
