Interesting.

Have you rotated the engine? There seems to be a lot of clearance between the suspension tower and intake manifold.

What have you done regarding the oil pan?

N/a diesel engine, omg, blows my mind that some one put all the work into that engine bay to put that engine in

I don't want to sound like an asshole but those diesel engines are the easiest thing to drop in.
I have seen countless diesel conversion here in the past 20 years or so because of diesel prices being much lower and diesel cars giving better mileage.

You correctly note that this engine is not at the same slant as the Porsche engine.

This engine (as far as I can tell) only came to the US in Volvo 2xx and 7xx cars. In the 7xx cars, the engine is slanted at ~25 degrees. For reference, my measurements have the Porsche block at ~40 degrees. I changed the end of the torque tube to match the engine.

The oil pan on this engine is aluminum, and I couldn't find a steel example to modify the way you did.
