But the speeduino board is not enough for EFI conversion on 924?
On eBay it's easy to find this board for a few dollars.

It works absolutely fine for almost any engine, just as any other efi. The tuning is the same interface as mega squirt. Ita a bit more fiddly with wires and cases etc. Read on the speeduino wiki and speeduino forum to learn more. You need of course a arduino mega2560 board as well.

Has anyone tried this thing yet on 924?

Seems like a very cheap EFI/I conversion at £150 or so for the fully built controller.
