I'm working on wheel bearing adjustment on my 924S (among other things). The left side has the speedometer cable that comes through the bearing cap, held in place with an e-clip. Is there a trick to getting the cable back through the cap or does it just require a lot of patience? Seems to slide off to one side or the other then I have to start over. Thanks

Tie a piece of fishing line to it and pull it through?

I usually just push on the cable from the back of the spindle while slowly rotating the wheel.

I'll try flossing it. Thanks for the idea.

Remove the grease cap first. Insert you tachometer cable and reinstall cap. Plenty of cable length available. Secure cable in cap.
