Hahah, i used to host images on imageshack until they asked money.
Somehow we must understand that this service cant be free...like any other service.

But hey, this is good...forces us to use words to describe stuff...today's world needs harder stuff as everything is easy nowadays.

EDIT: bwhahahaha, just as i posted this, Rasta's avatar went belly up and now shows some stupid money asker thing from PB

In the beginning I used photobucket but had too many problems. I now use postimage.org with no problems. FWIW.

Google also killed picasaweb, and doesn't provide a means within Google Images to link. The old links work (at least for now), but there is no way to get the links for any new image posting.

I've since opened up a Flickr account and use that for new images.

Very annoyed that google killed all my linked pics i had from my drive, even though im paying for it.

I now use
http://forumbilder.se/

Just uppload and go, no account or anything, hard to keep track of your pics, but works for occasional forum upload

The best is forum boards that have their own upload service, so pics are there even after a couple of years.

I used imgur for the last big thread I did. Seemed to work pretty good.

I also use flickr and it works really well. I have never had any issues and they don't spam you with adverts like Photobucket does.

Yes Photobucket got me pretty bad - all my pulled inventoried parts were in separate Albums on my 2nd PB account . Since last 2 years I have been using that acct for most of my forum posts it must have triggered some sort of 3rd party linking threshold value. I am painfully downloading all my albums with the downloads needing their processing into a zip file and email link that they are ready to download. All of the popup adds needing to be closed to get to your images or any interface is about too much as well.

The odd thing is my original account still seems to be working .
Images still hosted on my original PB account.

I am moving my albums off that account as well I can't trust what they will do next.

Refresh your browser history and the P500 indication will disappear and show the right image inplace.
Happy browsing!
