|
|
Hello there,
I have just installed new poly bushings on the front Anti Roll bar.
21mm arb in a 1983 924 na.
I have seen the braces you can buy for the 924S and 944 front arb.
Anyone tried to make similar arrangement on a 924 na?
Have a Nice evening 😀 |

Hi,
I have that on my -77 na. I had all the braces and parts from 924S and it was quite an easy task. Only thing was to drill the mounting holes in chassis and weld two nuts on a few centimeter long steel bar with through drilled holes. Then to get a nice finish I took off the front bumper and its shocks to gain access to the right and left chassis pillars. Just slipped the bolt thingy through those holes and welded it in place from under the car. The setup looks like it was done in the factory as you just bolt on the original braces in place. I will try to add a few photos later.
In the rear I cut off the braces from 924S spring tube and welded them on the original I had in my car. I have the suspension from 924S so the front and rear arms have all the right brackets so after that it was easy bolt on.
