The M65 unit from Mercedes doesn't fit. It's too long.
As you can see in the pics the pulley for the SC is about 1.5 inches in front of where it needs to be, although the SC is pushed back as far as it can go, touching the part of the body where the engine mounts to.
You would have to remove the anti-roll bar to be able to use this supercharger. |

You can tune a US 931 Fuel Distributor straight from a microsquirt so with one you could use pretty much all of your NA fuel components like the WUR and just tune whatever you need with the ECU..
If you are real good with electronics supposedly you can do the same job from a $50-$70 arduino thing..
Good to 300HP..
Will a 931 FD fit on an NA air meter housing by chance? _________________ 80 Turbo - Slightly Modified

No space to mount it higher, I'd have to move (or get rid of) the CIS. Easier to use a different unit.
It would have been nice to be able to use this unit because it has such lovely inlet pipework that basically has all the work of making a recirculation system done for you, you pretty much just need to add a pressure switch.
Something positive we can get from this is that the shorter "M45" and "M62" superchargers would definitely fit in that position below the CIS without having to substantially move anything.
I will just sell the M65 and keep an eye out for the M45 and M62 ones.

Do you think it's possibile leave the cis at default position?
But under the cis there is not enough space for create intake manifold that go into cis plate. _________________ Porsche 924 2.0 na 125hp (1979) euro

Actually there is plenty of space on a RHD car. Don't know about LHD ones. |
