I am getting conflicting information, can someone please tell me if I can run my 931 on unleaded fuel?

My car was built for the italian market. I always fill up with 98 octane and add lead substitute, but some people have told me that my car was designed for unleaded fuel. I cannot find definitive information on the old interwebs.

Can someone please clarify this for me?
