The car was also fitted with a front spoiler which has a splitter made of believe or not some sort of treated ply wood,, the splitter was sprayed with some sort of rubberized coating where it shows.. the fitting of the spoiler is quite professional from what I can see.

I removed 4 stainless steel allen key headed bolts which were attached to the side of the spoiler were 4 holes can be seen,, they looked in place yet might also aid in the spoiler attachment to the body too.

The car in general at the moment looks like this, i did say it wasnt photoghenic right now buts thats all I have for now.

I have loads of other spares which are in boxes including 2 red and black racing seats and a tin of 'yellow' paint which I found in the first 'primed' car. Next step when time permits would be towing the parts car at the same storage.

I would like to end up with something modest which can be used in certain historic car rallies organised here.. I might even add a few front fog lamps to give it the proper rally look.

I like those wheel arches but it seems I will have to cut in the rear panel to fit the rear ones... something I do not fancy doing to the car.
