Anyone know or have the ability to test the spring pressure rate??
I'm using the inner valve spring now and need something same diameter but stiffer,
Regards

Any spring shop can tell you the rate. Its the turns per inch by the diameter of the wire by the spring height...

I don't have the original spring any more, it wouldn't fit witht the epas column, hence the other spring... After going to a larger clutch master bore I'd like to get a stronger spring too...
Cheers

Well in a stroke of luck I must have saved it... and I also found a guy who makes springs as a part time business,
The difference in spring rates between the original and makeshift one is considerable too... So I think a new spring will help somewhat... _________________ 1981 ROW 924 Turbo -
