The problem is your link. It should have a .jpg extension to work using the IMG button. Your current link is good but as a link to a webpage- not to show a picture.

There is a curbed arrow pointing to the right, you have to press that one and then you have to select BBCode and copy that link...then paste it here.

I can supply a copy of the box which is a direct replacement for the servo.
However if you still want servo assistance you would need either a dual circuit remote servo or dual servos.
I run with out any servo as I have 4 pot calipers front and rear and prefer the `feel'. They are quite powerful enough!! |

regarding your 3d printed stuff... and knowing f.all about it, would you mind expounding on this method... i.e wear resistance, heat range, make up of the materials/options...

Hi Leadfoot, I am only printing the actual throttle bodies (more pics in separate post). The spindles, bearings and butterflies are all standard Webber DCOE parts so wear on these will be the same as a on a DCOE carb (minimal).
The printed bit is at the moment made from ABS plastic but I am experimenting with different materials and I have a University conducting independent tests, time will tell which is the best.
Heat should not be a problem, the material is Thermo set at very high temperature but again time will tell. This is very much at the prototype stage and I am concentrating on this type of body which is really only an air valve.
One of the great things about the 924 engine is that the injectors can be fitted into the head with good results rather than having them in the throttle body. |

Available as a rolling shell or might split if there is enough interest.
