I just spoke to NGR to order the new Gen 2 hub they were supposed to
have available on 2/15 and learned it's new date of availability is now indeterminate!
Does anybody have a recommendation for a maker of a good quick release hub that fits the 924?
Rick

Got a welder? Lots of weld-ons/bolt through available at various racing vendors (Racer Parts Wholesale for example), perfect for race cars. Splined seems to work better than the hexagonal.

If not. I used a Momo-style 6-bolt adapter with a 6-bolt quick release on my quasi-street car. Ordered it all from Amazon.

I do, but I really want a bolt on that will fit the splined shaft. I'd wondered if one that fits a VW Rabbit etc, might work.

Column has the same splines as a VW Vanagan and some other VW's and some Audi's I believe. Need to check the application chart on those.

Basically Momo adapter to NRG-style 6-bolt quick release to 6-bolt Momo style wheel of choice.

Stack them up, bolt them together with some loctite (and safety wire) and go racing.

Check your other thread for Amazon links.

I used a Grant 5-bolt adapter with a 5-6-bolt adapter and a 6-bolt quick release and a 6-bolt wheel because I had the Grant parts laying around.
