Gents,
Only 1 week I could enjoy my 937...
Yesterday someone smashed the rear of the 937 and the rear bumper is gone..
Any idea where to get a 937 rear bumper?? |

If Porsche is unable to deliver you part # 937 505 017 00, -Stossfänger, you could try these links
http://www.f-s-h.com/contents/de/d147_924_Gt.html
— Heckstange / Stoßstange hinten 924 GT / GTS / GTR, € 480,00
http://leichtbauteile.jimdo.com/924/karosserie/
— Stosstange, wie 924 Carrera GT.
…or ask Mittelmotor if they can source a good replacement.

Get a regular bumper and fill in the wholes. Very easy. _________________ 77 1/2 track car

??? How does doing that make a 924 bumper into a 937 bumper?
Despite several sources for GRP CGT kits I'm still surprised no one makes a good CGT extended bumpers at sensible prices _________________ 1980 931 - forged pistons, Piper cam, K27/26 3257 6.10 hybrid turbo, 951 FMIC, custom intake, Mittelmotor dizzy & cam pulley, H&S exhaust, GAZ Gold, Fuch'ed, Quaife

Found the bumper via The above lead from Harm, so many thanks!
Now I start to understand why some guys wandered why I was driving the car and not putting it away in storage/collection/museum
Spareparts are a nightmare for this car..... And most annoying: Porsche AG has no parts at all and altough they started "Porsche classic", a 937 is no focus at all.. Pitty... Such a fantastic car |

Good to hear you got it restored/replaced.

Enjoy it!
