|
|
Hi, I just bought a '77 924 and it's mostly original. It has a rear spoiler, however, that I have never seen before and I was wondering if anyone knows its origin. Thanks so much! Pete

Just a universal stick on trunk spoiler. evilbay has thousands of them. Most common on sedans with trunks. go to *bay and type in "bmw spoiler" most common sedan and you'll see some. _________________ 1977 924na BlackSeaRD.com Torque Tube SuperBearings, Xenon air dam, 200# Weltmeister springs, Bursch header, 944 exhaust, Audi throttle body |

Ah - thanks so much! So I'm guessing fishing line and a hair dryer to remove? _________________ ______________________________

That has worked well for me in the past. Plus it look like it's on the glass so it should be painless. _________________ 1982 931- Stock with MBC at 8psi
Relax, all right? My old man is a television repairman, he's got this ultimate set of tools. I can fix it. |

With a hair dryer it pulled right off and a damp sponge took off the remaining adhesive. Had the goo gone and fishing line ready but didn't need it. Luckily the adhesive was entirely on the glass.

Green tartan interior, you don't see that on a Civic. |
