I have been troubleshooting a crank no start issue for over 2 months..all started when i changed intake manifd gaskets to smooth out a mis caused by a vacuum leak at manifold gasket.i have replaced more parts than i care to mention.dme bench tested good at ecu doctors.the small "s" hose going from the idle control valve to the intake manifold has become kinked limiting airflow.would that cause a crank no start?

No, it shouldn't. While, a vacuum leak will keep the engine from starting, it doesn't matter if a hose is pinched. In that case, it will just pull more air across the vane. All that matters is that the air is metered.
