Crank no start.have spark.have fuel pressure at fuel line.cylinder #4 injector is leaking at the fuel rail into the electrical connector..using multimeter. the #4 injector reading is way off(lower) from the other three..because gas soaked?would this cause a no start?how to fix where injector meets rail?
