anyone ever tried doing this...would be great reliable hp...i have the engine in my garage...was going to maybe use the porshe flywheel with the lexus/mr2 centre(same bolt pattern) and have it welded in at a machinists, and then just make an adapter plate to bolt the 2 together, then i can use the porshe b/housing and clutch /starter set up...any thoughts...pics... _________________ theres no replacment for displacement....V8 |

you'll just have to try it man, do you already have a donor Porsche to compare dimensions? I looked at some of those engines and the Audi ones just seemed like less work. It all depends on how determined you are. _________________ currently: 1987 944 NA 5spd, 250 lb hyper coils, 27 mm t bars, koni yellows, 968 m030 bars,,RE ball joints, full delrin
