Hehehe ok ok-- I just need to apply 6 more coats if clear today then pics.... I did two coats of clear mixed with micro flake which gave it a slightly surface roughness buy that will soon dissapear....the guys on the paint forum are grilling me for using acrylic clear instead of 2 k but it's illegal to use 2 k in the garage here and the acrylic is coming out beautifully!

Paint shop wants too much to respray it. So Dad and I will do panels as and when we have time and need.

What sort of paint did you get?

I'm wet sanding the clear before putting on another 4 coats--- taking longer then expected but looking schaweeet

He probaly had paint over his camera, also it rained most of yesterday here in Brisbane so he may not have worked on it
