Three years ago I traded a motorcycle for a non-running 1978 Porsche 924. Since then I have put an enormous amount of work and money into getting it running. Today, after all that, i drove it from Boise to Seattle, and it did so with ease. It ran smooth and confident. It averaged about 35 mpg on the freeway. I estimate that it is getting about 25 in town. While I still have an enormous amount of detail work to tend to, and a wish-list the length of my arm, I feel like I have raised the dead. _________________ Fred- 1979 924 |

Indeed I believe so! I want to see all the other 924s and to show off mine. Fred is not perfect, but I think it's coming along quite well. I'm really looking forward to it. _________________ Fred- 1979 924 |
