I set my rear camber to about -2 degrees before the rally. Through the rally we were bottoming out quite a bit, so at the end of the first day we lifted the rear about 10mm (adjustable coil overs). I didn't think about it until we got home, but it now has a huge amont of negative camber on the rear (looks like about 5 degrees ) and it has destroyed the inside of the tyres. Is this likely to be as a result of lifting the rear, or has something else gone horribly wrong in the back end? I thought it would have had less negative camber by raising, so I'm quite confused.

Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to get to it to find out what's happened for a couple of weeks, but it's really bugging me in the meantime, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes, camber and ride height adjustment are related... but as you're thinking, I'd expect to have too much positive camber/too little negative after raising.

I think the more likely explanation is that you forgot to tighten something back there, and your alignment adjustments slipped.

If you painted marks on all those bolts after alignment, it should be pretty obvious - did you?

Didn't even think about marking things!

I think you're probably right though - in fact thinking about it, it's possible the crew might have even accidentally moved the camber bolt while trying to track down a mystery knock from the back end of the car.
