Well, I'll bite my tongue...Pastor's son/Ronnie Regan, i'm sure there is no inappropriate inuendo to satarize lol...after all, theres no Catholic or Satanic conections.

Black humour aside, its a catastrophe for sure. I hear the apanese Eastern coastline has shifted and the Earth's axis has moved? Anyone have data? Hopefully the UK will be a fraction nearer the equator now...

You said/typed too much already. No place for that crap in this thread.

Indeed. Pretty remarkable. Several reports out there, here's one:
Quake moved Japan coast 8 feet, shifted Earth's axis

No you are wrong. Black humour IS the key to a societies recovery and understanding of unforseen horrific avents. It was key to our survival during the Blizkrieg. OK, every country is different, when the pentagon was comprimised you choose to give up your rights as free people. Thats your choice...well done.

This is an international forum Ideola...you are not the judge of what is or what is not fit for this thread.

The Japs are a warrior race, been nuked and are not about to be beaten by this event. They are Shinto/Budist and do not need your naive christian self importance. I doubt you even know what Jesus was about...[/code]

But someone here is. You've been warned before about your incoherent, ignorant, bigoted, dickheaded BS. Watch your mouth.

Those are great photos Khal...thanks.

One thing is for sure......if I ever build a house....I will use the Japanese building code construction techniques regarding earthquakes. Their houses can ride out a 9.0 quake and not even have a broken window.

My heart goes out to everyone in Japan.....with their aging population and high national debt......the disaster is going to strain their economy in a big way for many years. This story has a long way to go and will get much worse......especially considering the problems at the nuclear reactor.

On a brighter note.....I bought a 89 MR2 with factory Super charging this past weekend.......fun little car.....drives like a go-cart.....my daughter and I pondered a name for it and decided to name it "Sendai" out of respect and in memory of the recent horrific events.
