We've just launched a new and improved way to purchase parts listed in this thread:


I'll eventually go back to the OP and point all of the links to this site, but for now, please feel free to look around on the website, which allows you to scroll thru images and purchase directly from the site (rather than having to deal with manually issued invoices). It also features add-to-cart functionality that allows you to select multiple items and make a single purchase.
