I am updating an old Aviation manual and came across some names of tools that may or may not be the same all over the world so.

Stumpy with Tommy bar

Stumpy screwdriver
The stumpy screwdriver, is used where space is restricted. Blade and handle length are shortened. Point size remains unaltered and will vary with screw size.

A Tommy bar through the handle gives added advantage in
obtaining more pressure and control of the screwdriver.

"will add picture shortly ... but basically its a small stumpy screwdriver with a hole through the top where one can insert a bar to apply more pressure"

Alan

Never heard those terms but really close to the ones used in my area of the US.
Stumpy would be the same as a Stubby
Tommy bar would be the same as a T-handle

Tommy bar or T-bar is something you'd use with a box spanner typically... though plenty of other uses out there too.

Todays lesson :

Hermaphrodite

Hermaphrodite calipers are used to scribe marks that are a special distance from a radius edge, these calipers have one sharp-pointed leg, and one leg that curves to the inside. To use Hermaphrodite calipers, the material being worked on is first covered layout dye, and the distance required is adjusted between the two caliper legs. The caliper point is then moved along the radius edge as the sharp point is drawn across the surface.

The one I always liked is the hernier bar or grolly bar, used for removing stubborn screws form aircraft panels. Clever bit of kit!
