i need some help in finding the gaskets needed to put the turbo and exhaust back on my 82 931. the only two places where i can find them are auto atlanta and the dealer and both of them want about 50 dollars just for one gasket. those prices makes it tempting to just risk using the old ones again. thanks for any help you may be able to give.

What part #? What part? I got mine from the dealer, but I don't think it was $50USD.

Sean, Make sure you are buying the gaskets that you actually need for your turbo. There were changes made in gaskets and seals through the years. I also have an '82 931 and replaced all the seals and gaskets when I first got it because of leaks. I spent about $200 (yes, one of them was $50) at my local dealer only to find out later that I didn't need some of the gaskets for my model turbo. However, it did seal up just fine. Good luck.
