I just replaced my front spoiler but bought it from Performance Products. To anyone considering this, let me say that the catalog says it is from Porsche but I'm not sure. The original spoiler on my 87 924S was rounded around the edges and this one has squared edges and some squaring in the middle. It looks nice and I had it painted and installed at the body shop but it is not original appearing but much better appearing than a smashed up one that *was* on mine prior.

The part sold by Performance Products is what I consider to be an inferior reproduction.

It is much less expensive than the factory part would cost in many cases, but the quality of the part leaves much to be desired if you are intested in a concours replacement part.

I replaced the front valance with an aftermarket spoiler/air dam. It mounts directly to the original valance holes, it even uses the original grill in the back of the air box. I know it's not stock but, the old valance was so beat up it was useless. Unfortunately I don't know who makes it. If anyone has any ideas on who makes it or one that looks simlilar let me know.
