It would probably help with housekeeping to have a way to remove old posts for parts needed or for sale when their usefullness is finished...

I don't really like the idea of removing any posts. Everything, even the for sale / wanteds adds to our body of knowledge.

If you posted a "for sale" and it sells you can view the topic and click the "Edit" icon under your post and change the subject line to add "SOLD".

Alternatively, just do nothing and as more topics are posted it will just drift off the first page so most people won't see it.
