I just bought a 924 for $500. From the things I have read and seen I think it is a "Martini". Is there a way to tell if it is by the VIN #. The ID plate is missing.

I live in Oregon, is there anywhere that I can get good used parts other than wrecking yards?

As you can tell I know next to nothing about 924's
or Porsches in general. Do they have swap meets for import or do you have to order from a parts house?

Any help would be appreciated.
